People can get mean in competition and forget that they could be in a weak spot some day or rather have been there once. Winning is important but winning the right way is elementary.

An academic institution is one place where competition should remain healthier than a professional environment. It should be untouched by credibility crisis and politics.

Jealously and feeling of envy is a common cause of such issues. People fear losing to others more than to themselves. Till date, I haven’t found a true team player who values sharing knowledge more than taking knowledge for oneself.

There are lots of reasons for the spread of this habit as a culture. The most common is a lack of security. Be it job security or the feeling of envy, fear of losing to someone,fear of getting less grades or less salary…all possible trivial reasons. The measure is always someone else and never yourself. A bigger picture is just lost and even the realization for the same.

People’s focus is so different than this bigger picture of helping each other achieve a WIN-WIN that they prefer a WIN-LOSE to it. It is as if the sense of achievement is regarded better in making someone lose than making someone win along your side.

A little perspective is needed and a lot of moral values. If not self realization, there has to be a mass realization that the pressure to win could be misleading for one from actually winning the race in the long term.

A very well said proverb is-It is important to lose the battles at times inorder for you to win the war!

Sea near the beach, waves moving quietly, shells being laid on the silt, a mud mermaid, a small cottage with french windows…I think of white and dream of blue..could this be the holiday blues…

A ballet room…a flying angel…a wide armed man…tracks being played upon…elegance in the room, deep stare, a sensation leading to passion, creating mystery, making history…could this be revealing  what is within…

A dark pitch highway…two young lovers bonding…pleasurable silence..scared desires, noone knowing what could happen next…but the moment remains untouched and lingers forever..

These are some of the valentine moments being cherished and thought over..creating the best valentine forever…

I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring,creative and communicative. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similiar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.

A man seldom cries and only if he’s broke and has no way but to lent it out and get done with it forever…He pours the rain like a little child!!!

Career,I have felt the ambitious drive within me can kill me and make me feel doped if I carry a hang of it…it is dangerous and pressurizing to the nerve…but somehow it doesn’t go…and the worst is I never make it go…and there is no peace and no effort and everything goes vain…there is no lack of any motivation but there is no strong sense of purpose…world needs a change and so do I….it is the most basic need of any existence…I see the fall leaves change color and see the winter wind blowing and changing direction every now an then…then why and how can I halt and give up…It’s time for me to act upon everything I ever wanted to live and live the moment which noone else has; as it is and will be my moment forever.

The spark  that has no end…starting from a Rajputana chivalery to the Iron Man…Do or die  cause I am alive…still breathing through the corruption and holding up the torch, under which you live a life of peace and harmony…with racist culture  and built religions…United we stand divided we fall under one attack occured as an assault…The history has proven the the words above…

In timid hearts…I give the courage and guard the lines which are merely drawn apart…by the martyr’s blood and the trail of a leader’s march…from peak till the end…I have lived in all…ugly or beautiful…dead or alive…in all genders and living forms…with no nations and unknown lands…I have no barriers and carve no gates…Mercy is blessed upon the best…

For millions of hearts roaring upon the earth…I hear what is destined to happen..You survive your own fate and live your own life!.

Freedom for thy and me for mere a cause of being free!

Few friends were the best, hung out,shared every bit,rest were company and then their is companion…Slowly,the nutshell closes and people know that you exist but the presence can be felt only by a few who are a part of your secret garden…

Somehow, after a couple of days, things were exactly as before…School went by…and I had the best of friends…and I was so excited about entering college that friends and school could pass by, college was a little difficult, may be I was more awre of my surroundings and people, but now I don’t seem to talk to any of those friends…as I take things by phases…What is gone was good and I may miss those days and cherish them but will never take an effort to share the same relation as earlier…

Life gives a better phase and new set of people and all you have to do is move on…The most selfish part of it - things and people who are so attached have to be left…no matter how hard you want to stick on to those days and people, the harder it may seem for you to just move on…So, I step up and may never step down…as going back the memory lane sweet things can just be nostalgic but the pain can be intense.

Connection to the heart…Love in all forms is pure, divine and speechless. But  still has a rhythm to it; a melody so sweet and a tune so intuned.Floats like music all around and swings you with the flow, ready to break all restrictions and letting go beyond all boundations. The wait for that unconditional love, that togetherness kills you softly. The expectations reach a level that it hurts and make you feel sad but not angry.

Songs which remind me of my imaginations and feeling of being loved and of being in love… a sweet fragrance and the beauty of flowers and the tenderness and care that I could sense in the words flown…Songs which touch deep down and rip me apart :
